Dear:Hooi Ching

Congratulations for being selected as one of our finalists of the 11th XQRJ National Chinese Song Writing Competition.

I am Xifei, your Finalist in-charge, facilitating you through the coming activities and events.

We will be conducting a photo shooting session and road show. These are meant to publicize you as finalist of XQRJ.

The photo shooting session will be on Saturday, January 3, 2009 starting at 10:00am. The venue is King Edward VII Hall map, NUS. Photos taken on that day will be used on our publicity materials. We will be coming out with a schedule and we'll inform you at a later date on what time you will have to come. Please do inform me of your available time and confirm if you would be able to make it.

The Road show will be on 10 January 2009 at *scape Youth Park map from 4:00pm-7:00pm. We will be having sound test as well as rehearsal from 1:00pm-4:00pm, therefore we expect you to be at spot at 12:30pm for make-up.
Grand Final will be on 15 February 2009 at University Cultural Centre of NUS map.
We need you to confirm your attendance of the events mentioned above by this week (please reply as soon as possible)and attach your timetable on 3rd Jan so we could schedule your shooting time.
